User journey for redeeming each service after activating the benefits of Duty-free pre-orders and discounts:
User Journey without pre-payments

  1. Duty-Free pre-order - The user browses the Duty-Free Category, selects relevant airports and products, adds vital travel details, and proceeds to checkout.

  2. The offers get activated on the checkout page, and the user can see the applicable discount on the checkout page. The user completes the transaction by clicking on the submit button.

  3. The user will receive an email confirmation from the Duty-Free stores with instructions on how to collect the orders.

  4. On the day of Travel, the user will display the email received for the orders along with travel documents and passport, make payment, and collect the order.


User Journey with pre-payments

  1. The user browses the Duty-Free Category, selects relevant airports, and products, adds vital travel details, and proceeds to checkout.

  2. The offers get activated on the checkout page, and the user can see the applicable discount on the checkout page. The user submits a pre-order request.

  3. Travelex will send the payment link based on the pre-order requests (Additional Payment getaway charges + convenience fee will be added to the total amount

  4. The user will receive an email confirmation on payment from the Duty-Free stores with instructions on how to collect the orders.

  5. On the day of Travel, the user will display the email received for the orders along with travel documents and passport and collect the order.


Meet & Greet Services

  1. The user browses the M&G Category and selects relevant airports, and service variants, the user can see the offer discount displayed on the service variant.

  2. The user adds a service variant to the cart, adds vital travel details, and sends a service request.

  3. The TravelX team will check the availability of the service, and TravelX will send the payment link based on the requests.

  4. Upon successful payment - The user will receive an email confirmation on payment from TravelX with instructions to follow on the day of Travel.

  5. Within 24 hours from departure/arrival time, the TravelX team will share the details of the M&G personnel that will assist the travelers along with the meeting point.

  6. On the day of Travel, M&G personnel will coordinate with the user for seamless service execution.

Porter Services

  1. The user browses the category and selects relevant airports, and service variants, the user can see the offer discount displayed on the service variant.

  2. The user adds a service variant to the cart, adds vital travel details, and sends a service request.

  3. The TravelX team will check the availability of the service, and TravelX will send the payment link based on the requests.

  4. Upon successful payment - The user will receive an email confirmation on payment from TravelX with instructions to follow on the day of Travel.

  5. Within 24 hours from departure/arrival time, the TravelX team will share the details of the porter that will assist the travelers along with the meeting point.

  6. On the day of Travel, the porter will coordinate with the user for seamless service execution.

eSims

  1. The user browses the eSim Category,

  2. On order now - the user will be redirected to Playstore/Appstore to TravelX’s eSIM partner’s app.

  3. The user will have to download the app and complete the registration process.

  4. The user will be awarded coins worth 1 GB of data ( Equivalent to € 5) in his account.

  5. The user can activate the eSims by purchasing the desired plans and applying the coins awarded to him to avail of the offer benefit.

Service Category Specific T&Cs

1. Duty-free Services :

 

1.1.Order Delivery, T&Cs, Cancellation and Refund policies :

 

  • Indian customs regulations permit only international flight passengers to buy from the Duty-Free shop. As per Customs regulations, only passengers who have an international boarding pass and a valid passport are eligible to shop for free products.

  • These services are available only to the bonafide international passengers who are above the age of 25 years. In case of providing any false information, legal action may be taken against the passenger as per the prevailing laws.

  • All passengers are requested to check the allowances for the countries they are traveling to, for both transit and destination country. If the passenger exceeds the allowances limit, the passenger will have to pay customs charges of the respective country.

  • All orders/reservations are subject to any applicable customs regulations and/or duty-free regulations. Adherence to any customs regulations is the passenger’s responsibility. If the passenger orders or reserves products that exceed the allowance under relevant customs regulations, the passenger may be advised (but TravelX or Duty-Free Retailer has no obligation to advise you) to purchase only the number of products within the limits set by the applicable customs regulations. TravelX or Duty-Free Retailer will not be responsible or liable if passengers purchase more products than permitted by the applicable regulations.

  • Passengers should be aware of the baggage allowance of the countries where they are traveling or transiting. It will be solely the responsibility of the passenger to get the latest information regarding this.

  • Duty-free pre-ordering/reservation requests must be made by the passengers at a minimum of Twenty-Four (24) working hours before their flight date/time.

  • It will be solely the responsibility of the passenger to get the latest information about the customs, duty-free allowances, purchase limits, and baggage allowances as per the departing, and arriving location/country; the respective local laws, and regulations and strictly adhere to them.  

  • All passengers are requested to take particular care to ensure accurate information is shared at the time of booking. As part of the ordering process, they will be asked to provide the details such as name as per passport, DOB, passport number, passport details, nationality, flight number, flight date/time, departing airport, destination, pickup terminal for the duty-free store, pick up time and any required information.

  • Any duty-free product ordered or reserved by the passenger should be exclusively for personal use or consumption and not for resale.

  • The discount offered is over & above any prevailing applicable product/brand offers.

  • The exclusive discount is given for this proposition and cannot be clubbed with any other discounts/coupons.

  • The Duty Free discount may be subject to change alter or withdrawal with or without any prior notice, as decided by the respective Duty Free Retailer and Service Provider from time to time.

  • No cash redemption value for any discounts offered. Non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other monetary in part or full.  

  • TravelX, Duty-Free Retailers and its Partners reserve the right to alter, modify, or withdraw the duty-free offer, at its sole discretion, at any time without any prior notice. 

  • In case of any dispute about the duty-free offers, TravelX, Duty-Free Retailers and its Partners would have the final say. 

  • Duty-Free Offer details are solely available at the user’s request for information purposes only and it should not be interpreted as soliciting advisement or promotion.

  • Passengers should collect their orders at the Duty-Free Store located at the selected airport terminal (International Departures and Arrivals) and pick-up time, as appropriate.

  • Passengers should present the order confirmation email received from the Duty-Free Retailer, a valid boarding pass, passport, or any other valid travel documents as requested designated kiosk/counter while collecting their order.

  • If the end customer does not receive this order confirmation email by their travel date, they should contact TravelX by email to check the status of their order.

  • Some of Duty-Free products have a minimum age requirement (for example those containing alcohol), and by reserving any of these Products, the passenger should confirm that he/she has the required age. Duty-free retailers are not allowed by law to supply these restricted products to the passenger if the passenger does not satisfy the age requirements. If a passenger is underage, they should not attempt to order/reserve such Duty-Free products. Passenger may be required to provide proof of age when he/she pay for and collect their Duty-Free products.

  • If, for whatever reason, the passenger is unable to pass through airport security into the departure area, we will be unable to fulfill your order and your Order will be canceled.

  • Due to customs regulations, Duty-Free Retailer is unable to deliver any uncollected products or orders to an alternative address outside of the relevant airport departure/arrival lounge. Passenger orders should only be collected from the designated collection point at that airport.

  • The images of the Products and any packaging (if applicable) on our TravelX B2B2C portal are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the Products and/or packaging. The Products may vary slightly from those images.

  • The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown in images on the TravelX B2B2C portal.

  • All Products shown on our site are subject to availability and any duty-free restrictions. We will try to inform you via the Reservation Email if the Products you have reserved are not available. We take no responsibility if you are not informed by email. 

  • The range of Products offered on our Website and in our stores (including any of the products that may have been confirmed to you as reserved) is subject to change without prior notice and we reserve the right from time to time, to withdraw or cease to make available any or all of the Products from our Website.

  • We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of Products are correct and up to date. However, if we discover an error in the price of the Products you reserved, please refer clause below for what happens in this event. Prices for the Products may change from time to time but any changes will not apply to any reservation which we have confirmed

  • Our site contains a large number of Products. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Products you have reserved we will try to inform you in writing of this error and we will give you the option of continuing with the reservation of the Products at the correct price or canceling your reservation. We will not reserve the Products until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the reservation process, we will treat the reservation as canceled and notify you in writing. 

  • Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and mistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a mispricing, TravelX or Duty-Free Retailer or TravelX’s partners do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect (lower) price. 

  • TravelX or Duty-Free Retailer or TravelX’s partners reserve the right to make changes to the prices of the Products from time to time but (except where the changes are due to incorrect pricing) such changes will not apply to any reservations which have been successfully placed, as confirmed by a Reservation Email.

  • TravelX or Duty-Free Retailer or its Partners will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control.

  • An Event Outside Our Control means for this clause any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, supplier default or delay, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disasters, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

  • These T&C shall be governed by and constructed by the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune.

  • End-user/passenger shall indemnify and hold harmless to MiraLabsbs Inc (TravelX), its affiliates third parties, partners, Duty-Free Retailers, Partners, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon the use of User's actions or inactions, including but not limited to any warranties, representations or undertakings or about the-fulfillment of any of its obligations under this Agreement or arising out of the User's infringement of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, the claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

  • Any changes regarding the customs, duty-free allowances, or restrictions outside of respective airports are beyond our control therefore TravelX or Duty Free Retailer or TravelX partners are not liable for any purchases that may be confiscated, charged, or destroyed either during transit or at passenger’s final destination. It will be solely the responsibility of the passengers to ensure that their purchases adhere to and comply with the respective local import laws of any country they are visiting.

  • TravelX or its Duty-Free Retailer or partners reserve the right at any time and without any prior notice:- "to change these Terms & Conditions, the availability of the qualifying duty-free products including any product, brand level offers, any special offers or discounts, online ticket sale, and services, availability of online shopping and our participating companies; or " to suspend or terminate or withdraw these products, offers or discounts entirely the website or any of its page/feature partly or entirely Notwithstanding that such change may result in reducing or extinguishing the ticket number or value of the ticket, any existing or future sell. Whilst we shall make every endeavor to notify you of any such changes, we cannot be held liable for any failure to do so. We cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or unauthorized use of a credit or debit card, whether during the online buying process or after it.

  • All of the users and passengers shall be deemed to have accepted these ‘Terms and Conditions’ or any changes done to them from time to time.

  • You are solely responsible in all respects for all use of and for protecting the confidentiality of any username, email verification, and password that may be given to you or selected by you for use on the Website.  You may not share these with or transfer them to any third parties.  You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of them or any other breach of security regarding the Website that comes to your attention.

  • Your reservation shall automatically be canceled and the Products will be returned to the store for general sale if you do not collect the Products within 24 hours of your collection date stated in your Reservation Email. 

  • To ensure the availability of Products in-store that are included in promotional offers, there may be restrictions on the number of certain promotional Products you can reserve.  Where any such restriction applies, this will be stated on the Website and you will not be able to reserve more than the permitted number of Products.

  • Availability of Products varies from store to store and details of Products available for reservation (where Reserve and Collect is operating) are shown on the Website.

  • When you collect the Products, we reserve the right to limit the number of a particular product we sell to you or to cancel your reservation if the products are not available at the time of collection and TravelX orDuty-Freee retailer shall not be liable to you where circumstances arise whereby the Products you have reserved are not available or cannot be purchased on the date of your collection. 

  • You are solely responsible for all activity whilst using our Website and for the security of your computing systems. You assume all liability for losses and damage incurred by us, except where such losses are due to a third party who is not known to you who deliberately misuses your log-on details. 

  • You must not use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.  You must not misuse the Website by introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.  In particular, you must not access without authority, interfere with, damage,e or disrupt the Website or any part of it; any equipment or network on which the Website is stored; any software used in connection with the provision of the Website; or any equipment, software or website owned or used by a third party.  You must not attack the Website via a denial of service attack.

  • Any personal information you supply to us when you use our Website will be processed and used by our Privacy Policy. By using our Website and/or using Reserve and Collect you consent to such processing and terms.

 

1.2. Cancellations & Refunds :

 

  • The cancellation and refund policies will be as per the respective Duty-Free Retailer with whom the corresponding duty-free order has been placed.

  • The refunds would be applicable for orders for whom the pre-order & payments were completed and the respective refund policy of the Duty-Free Retailer would be applicable

  • If the passenger fails to collect their order at the Duty-free store, the order will stand as canceled and the amount paid by the passenger minus any cancellation charges if applicable, will be refunded to the passenger.

  • If the passenger misses collecting their order at the airport duty-free store, the order stands canceled

  • If the duty-free shop denies order pick up to the passenger or if inventory/stock is not available, then the amount paid by the passenger minus any cancellation charges if applicable, will be refunded to the passenger, after following due refund procedures.

  • The refund amount will be verified and approved by the respective Duty-Freee Retailer and under any circumstances, it will not exceed the amount paid by the passenger when the order was placed originally.

  • The refund amount will be paid via the NEFT/RTGS payment method. It cannot be paid using the same payment method through which payment was made originally when the order was placed.

  • As a part of the refund procedure, the  passenger should submit/send the required information to the PartnersDuty-Freee Retailer including order details, passenger details,s and required documents such as –

- Booking order confirmation receipt or number.

- Passport copy of the passenger.

- Cancelled cheque copy for saving account only or latest Bank statement which shows passenger/passport holder name, bank account number, r, and IFSC code.

- Any other documents or details as required by Partners or Duty-Freee Retailer.

-Passengers should ensure that the bank account details should match the Passportholder'sr's name.

  • The refund procedures usually take 10-20 business working days to be processed from the time the refund claim is duly verified by the Duty-Free Retailer or TravelX support team post-investigation.

2. Meet & Greet

         2.2.Terms & Conditions:

  • TravelX VIP (Mirai Labs Inc) shall not be liable for the failure of travel service suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, railroads, car rental agencies, tour operators, and consolidators to perform the services offered by such suppliers. TravelX VIP, in providing travel management services, does not guarantee or insure the services to be provided by any supplier, the financial position of such suppliers, or the reimbursement to you from any loss experienced as a result of the financial condition of such supplier. If a supplier defaults before providing the service to you for which payment has been made, the sole recourse for refund shall be with the defaulting supplier, from insurance covering such defaults if any, or from another responsible third party unless such was caused by TravelX VIP.

  •  A booking becomes legally binding when the TravelX partner sends the confirmation voucher via email.

  •  Bookings are required to be made 48 hours in advance of your departure time

  • Charges for our services are payable in full when a booking is made. Cancellations and amendments are subject to our Amendments, Refund & Cancellation policy.

  • TravelX Services are provided by third-party organizations (“Suppliers”). There may be specific rules and policies in place at certain airports. By using TravelX Services, you agree to be bound by these specific rules and policies.

  • We will use reasonable actions to ensure that the services are provided as advertised, but We do not warrant or guarantee this, and We are not liable for any loss to you or any co-traveler, arising directly or indirectly from the provision or non-provision (whether in whole or in part) of the advertised service.

  •  Any special additional wishes that are not part of the booked service package, will be separately charged.

  •  Unless otherwise confirmed by Us in the Terms of Service, TravelX Services do not include entry to an airport lounge. Airport Lounge access may be available at selected airports subject to an additional charge.

  • The booking made on TravelX is not transferable.

  • All services provided by TravelX are subject to availability.

Force Majure Circumstances :

  • Airports worldwide can witness unforeseen security restrictions being imposed by the Government, Airport Authorities, or Security agencies, due to certain security situations at the Airport or even for undisclosed reasons. In such cases, all the Airport Assistance services can be suspended without prior notice. This can lead to the inability to provide the booked services. But in such scenarios, you will receive a full refund of the Booking Fee.

 In certain cases, delays and cancellations may result from factors beyond our or our suppliers’ control such as the weather, accidents, governmental restrictions, and other events of force majeure. In such cases, our liability is limited to the re-performance of the canceled TravelX service. In exceptional circumstances, a refund or partial refund may be given at our discretion and/or the discretion of the supplier of the TravelX services concerned but it is not guaranteed.

  • Clients are required to realize that the immigration and customs facilities are independent units. Consequently, each unit imposes its regulations that must be followed and fulfilled. While completing the regular procedures of these units, clients will have to carry and transfer their documents and personal belongings for security checks. The passenger will be escorted by a greeter through this process. However, the greeter is not allowed to intervene.

  •  Kindly note that the immigration, airlines, and meet and greet service providers are three different entities, as a result, any potential delay, border rules changes, cancellation, or airline rejection to PAX entrance into a specific country and/or boarding the plane will be accordingly applied to the meet and greet terms and conditions. The meet and greet team will not be held responsible for the decisions of customs, airlines, or immigration.

  • Please note that the availability of service and airport regulations are flexible and may be adjusted anytime without any prior notice due to the current situation. The onus of the User/ Customer

  • You acknowledge and agree to read and abide by the Terms of Service, as these define what services are included within the TravelX Services for your specific journey.

  • Bookings containing incorrect Customer details, flight details, terminal details, and/or product selection may be considered void by us.

  •  You acknowledge and accept that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information supplied in your Reservation Request is correct. We will not be responsible in any circumstances for incorrect, incomplete, or similar information supplied at the time of booking including but not limited to dates, flight numbers, and arrival or departure times.

  •  Further, you acknowledge and accept that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that the contact details you provide when making your Reservation Request (including but not limited to the email address and contact telephone number) are complete, valid, and correct. We will not be responsible should an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid number or contact details be given.

  •  Your booking will cover you and any co-travelers booked and confirmed by Us (the “Customers”) for the services of the Supplier’s representative (“Representative”) at the airport for a certain maximum number of hours, which will be detailed in the Terms of Service.

  • TravelX Services for children and the fees vary across the Suppliers, Customers are advised to check with Us 

  • If you require the services of the Representative for additional hours, then this must be arranged directly with the Representative on the day of the service and will incur an additional payment.

  •  The Representatives are not insured, contracted, or similar, to carry or store your baggage. Unless specifically stated as being included in the Terms of Service any porter charges are not included in the TravelX Services and you will be solely liable for such charges.

 TravelX Services are only available to Customers. Prices do not include any additional travelers not named at the time of booking. Such persons are subject to an additional charge if they accompany the Customer(s).

For departure services, it is your responsibility to book a time for your arrival at the airport that allows sufficient time for the service to take place and for all procedures (check-in, security clearance, etc) to be completed in good time for you to catch your flight.

Payment Terms :

The customers will make payment on TravelX for their desired services of Airport Meet & greet

Payment terms for any services excluded from the TravelX Services will be payable directly to the Supplier and the payment terms of the Supplier will be applied.

We reserve the right not to fulfill your booking if your payment method is declined for any reason if the payment method has been used fraudulently or without the cardholder’s permission or if you are under the age of 18. TravelX

Identification

  •  You are required to provide full and accurate personal information and contact details when making a Reservation Request and you must notify Us of any change in the information you have provided (for example if you change your mobile telephone number).

  • If you provide incorrect information this may invalidate your Booking and entitlement to any refund.

  • You acknowledge that our use of confirmed TravelX Meet & Greet Services is conditional upon the presentation of the correct Final Booking Confirmation to the Representative.

  • The VIP Greeters will be holding a NAME SIGN with the passenger’s name. The client must then identify himself or herself to the VIP Greeter within an appropriate amount of time (until deplaning has been completed), this will be considered as a NO SHOW and full charges will be applied.

  • Indemnification You agree to indemnify and defend TravelX and its suppliers from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties, or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by:

  • You or on your behalf over the liability described above; or by third parties as a result of – your breach of this agreement or the documents referenced herein; – your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or – your use of this App In those situations in which a supplier defaults before providing services you may pursue any recourse against the supplier for a refund, which may be permitted by law or statute. TravelX VIP warrants that it provides the highest standards of service in the trade and will use appropriate care in selecting suppliers to protect you from such default.

  • Except as expressly stated herein, TravelX VIP assumes no responsibility for actions relating to travel services beyond the control of TravelX VIP or its employees. TravelX VIP is not responsible or liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, nonperformance, irregularity, or any consequence thereof, which may be occasioned through neglect, default, or any other act or inaction of any supplier of Travel products. TravelX VIP shall not be liable for any fluctuation in price or change in schedule equipment or accommodations for any travel service, that occurs after payment for such service.

TravelX VIP acts as a service bureau that provides value-added services to retail travel agents and consumers. TravelX VIP has no control over and assumes no liability for the actions of the suppliers from whom it obtains Travel products.

  • Once tickets have been issued cannot be refunded or canceled.

  • Discounts offered may vary depending on several factors including Airlines utilized, class of service, destination, time of year (low, mi,d, or high season), advance notice provided, minimum stay requirements fulfilled,d and flight load.

All offers, prices, and conditions of sale may be subject to:

1. Change without notice

2. Advance purchase, eligibility, seating, or other limitations

3. Travel days, dates, minimum or maximum stays, holidays, seasons, blackout dates, stopovers, and/or wait-listing restrictions

4. Reservation validation limitations of up to one year (if any extension is permitted, penalties/restrictions may apply); and/or

5. Other conditions/restrictions

6. Availability. Lower prices may be available.

7. If your itinerary involves an ultimate destination or stops in a country other than the country of departure, the provisions of a treaty known as the “Warsaw Convention” may apply to your entire trip, including any portion entirely within the country of origin or destination. The Warsaw Convention governs and may limit the liability of certain air carriers for death of or personal injury to passengers and/or loss of or damage to baggage. A reservation is not complete until confirmed/ticketed.

 To protect our customers, we verify with the credit/debit card company that the billing address and credit card verification number you provided to us are accurate and that your debit/charge will be accepted. Until such information is verified, the fare is subject to change. We are not responsible for any transaction that is declined based upon a credit/debit card that is declined by the issuing company or a travel provider or if, for any reason, the debit/credit card billing address and/or credit card verification number cannot be verified promptly, nor are we responsible for any changes in fare or any other charges that may occur during our verification process. At times when the fare selected is not available an approval code may have been taken on your credit card, if the transaction is not completed the approval code may block your available credit for some time until the bank removes the block.

 Airlines Schedule Changes/Flight Cancellations

 TravelX VIP highly recommends that you re-confirm your flight schedules with the respective airlines at least seventy-two (72) hours before your departure. Please take note that many airlines make schedule changes with little notice and/or explanation.

TravelX VIP does not assume any liability whatsoever for canceled flights, flights that are missed, or flights not connecting due to any scheduled changes made by the airlines.

Your use of the Site shall be at your own risk. We are acting as an intermediary or as an agent for providers of travel-related products and/or services by promoting, selling or accepting reservations or bookings for such products and/or services (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, travel insurance, etc.)

3. Porter

3.1. Terms & Conditions:

  • Cancellations

Change to itinerary, travel date(s), traveller’s name(s) and cancellation, should be made known at least 48 hours prior to service date requested, otherwise an amendment/cancellation surcharge, where applicable may apply.

  • Urgent Bookings

New booking requests and amendments (to core details) made within 48 hours prior to the service time will incur a surcharge of 50% of the service total. Amendments (to core details) made inside of 24 hours will incur a surcharge of 100% of the service total. Services are subject to availability which cannot be guaranteed; however, we will do our best to accommodate. Confirmation will be sent when the booking is confirmed.

  • Additional Hours (> 3 hours)

Should the service exceed the duration of 3 hours; additional labour charges may apply and will vary depending on service location. Please note: TravelX VIP is unable to advise charge fees in advance. These charges will be available once the service has been completed; as we cannot determine the potential duration of service in advance, for example mechanical issues, flight delays, last minute additional requests etc.

  • Additional Services

Greeters are unable to and will not carry any pieces of luggage including hand luggage. Should you require baggage assistance a baggage porter can be booked. Note that porters are not inclusive and are an additional service to the meet and greet.

If wheelchair assistance is required, we ask that you reach out directly to your airline carrier to confirm this service. Please note greeters are not authorized to push wheelchairs.

  • United Signature Service

  • Services in USA

Due to US Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) regulations our international arrival service begins after the passenger(s) have cleared US customs. CBP states that no third party is allowed in the secured area of customs, therefore we are not able to meet passengers directly at the arrival gate of an international flight. The meeting point for international arrivals into the US will be the arrivals hall outside of customs/immigration.

Currently, there is no fast-track for customs and immigration in the US unless passengers are members of Global Entry or other government-approved programs. The only exception is our Airport by Invitation service at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). This is a premium service from the gate with a tarmac transfer to a private customs terminal for processing.   • Connection Services

If a connection service exceeds 5 hours or involves 2 separate flight tickets/airlines OR baggage needs to be re-checked, this would be treated as an arrival + departure service as the passenger needs to perform all arrival formalities (including baggage claim) and then check-in for their departing flight while proceeding with security/passport control.

  • Rules and Payment Policies

All online bookings are subject to availability and our team will get back to you soon regarding the availability. It is the responsibility of the client to connect with the greeter or driver for services beginning at airports, stations, or ports. This is to ensure that the passengers receiving the service connect with the greeter at the meeting point.

If you are unable to locate your greeter or driver, it is the passenger’s responsibility to contact our 24/7 customer service team for immediate assistance. Should the passenger not contact the TravelX VIP service team to inform them of any issues that may have occurred this service will not be eligible for a refund. Any refunds issued will take up to ten days to reach your account.

TravelX VIP is not responsible for any issues caused by flight delays/weather issues. Consequently, if this affects your travels, please advise the TravelX VIP customer service team.

4.1. Terms & Conditions

These terms of service and the privacy policy (separately and collectively 'agreement' and//or 'terms') are binding and governs the relationship between the user ('you' and//or 'user') and genesis group ag, che-135.623.633, legal address: chamerstrasse 172 6300, zug, switzerland (hereinafter – 'Yesim')

– These terms are as follows:

Definitions

User' (and//or 'you') means an individual (natural person) who has opened an account with YESIM and has or is about to associate a valid YESIM Product or Service.

  • 'YESIM Application' or 'YESIM App' means the proprietary software application offered by YESIM;

  • 'ESIM' means embedded universal integrated circuit card (EUICC), a form of programmable SIM that is embedded directly into a device of the User, necessary for use of YESIM Services and Products;

  • 'YESIM Products' means, collectively 'YESIM Application', 'Esim' (Or 'Sim') and any YESIM Services or Products offered for sale;

  • 'Intellectual Property Rights' means all of the following rights, collectively or individually and irrespective of whether registered or otherwise formalized, that may currently exist or may thereafter arise or be created anywhere in the world:

Rights associated with works of authorship, including, without limitation, exclusive exploitation rights, copyrights, designs, benefits of moral rights, and mask work rights;

Trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos, trade names, domain names, and corporate names, together with all translations, adaptations, derivations, and combinations thereof and including all goodwill associated therewith;

Trade secrets and know-how;

  • Industrial property rights and all rights associated with patents, patent applications, provisional applications, continuations, continuations-in-part, re-examination certificates, utility models, invention registrations, and invention disclosures;

  • Other proprietary rights of every kind, including, without limitation, confidential information, rights, interests, and authorities existing pursuant to assignments, contracts, licenses, express or implied, and license registrations;

  • And rights in or relating to applications, filings, registrations, renewals, extensions, derivatives, modifications, enhancements, combinations, divisions, reissues, and the like for any of the rights referred to in through of this definition;

  • 'Data' means mobile data allowances in accordance with the YESIM Data plan selected and purchased by the User for using YESIM Services and Products;

  • “Data Plan” means different Data offers, that User may purchase via YESIM Application, specifying the amount of Data, that User will be able to use within determined time period and for the determined price;

  • 'Participating Member Operator' means each of the operator partners of YESIM in whose networks the YESIM SIM may be used by the User;

  • 'Service(s)' or 'YESIM Service(s)' means YESIM data plan(s) and any other data service provided and sold to the User.

  • “Top-Up' means the purchase of a Data Plan and//or other YESIM Services by the User via YESIM Application.

 

General Terms:

  • These Terms govern the sale and use of YESIM Application and other YESIM Products and Services.

  • YESIM and the User are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employment or franchising relationship is intended or created by these Terms, their changes, updates and amendments.

  • The titles and Definitions of these Terms are for convenience, facilitation and ease of reference only and shall not be used in any way to construe or interpret the Terms.

  • YESIM declares a zero-tolerance policy towards Users that violates Intellectual Property Rights. Any unauthorized copying, publication, reproduction or distribution of YESIM’s and//or third Party’s Intellectual Property is prohibited and is the subject of Users liability, as set in these Terms, applicable law and legal acts.

  • YESIM reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notification to Users, by publishing information about changes and amendments at Yesim.app section: legal. The prior notification is not applied to changes, updates and//or amendments, concerning the additional functions and services of the YESIM Products, or other changes, amendments and updates, which, by the reasonable opinion of YESIM, does not reduce rights and//or increase the liabilities of Users. Such changes, updates and amendments will take effect immediately, without prior notification to Users.

  • Changes, amendments and updates are in force on the date they are published. Changes, amendments and updates are dated, and the date is displayed at the end of such a document as an “Effective Date”.

  • If You do not agree with these Terms, or their changes, amendments or updates, You shall stop the use of the YESIM Application, YESIM Services and//or Products immediately. Continued use of the YESIM Application, YESIM, Services and//or Products shall clearly mean User’s acceptance of these Terms and//or their changes, amendments or updates.

  • Commencing and continuing to use the YESIM Services and/or Products shall clearly mean Your acceptance of these Terms, including without limitation, the REFUND TERMS specified herein, and//or their changes, amendments or updates.

 

Technical Issues:

  • To use YESIM Application Your device shall support an eSIM. You shall check this information in the settings of Your device.

  • YESIM Application only allows Data usage as defined by the Global System for Mobile Association (GSMA). All other services, including voice calls,

  • The YESIM Application only works on unlocked devices, which can use the YESIM Access Point Name (APN). For device configuration, please read our FAQ.

Use Of Yesim, Application, Products And Services:

  • To use YESIM Application, YESIM Products and Services, You should register the Account, that is: to fill in and complete a registration form and provide the information required. You should provide true, accurate, up to date and complete information, as requested in the registration form, and should regularly update the information to keep it current. As part of the registration process, You should identify an email address (which will be used as Your Login) and password, credit card data or other payment methods. Upon creation of the Account YESIM will send You a confirmation notice to the email specified by You.

  • The User shall be fully responsible for the use of the YESIM Application, YESIM Products and Services, SIM//eSIM and under no circumstances shall YESIM be liable for any loss, expenses, or damages incurred or suffered by the User resulting from the User's misuse, fraud or non-conforming use of the YESIM Application, YESIM Products and Services and//or eSIM.

  • YESIM Products and Services may only be sold to and used by persons 18 years old and above. You as the User are liable for the compliance of Your Users to such terms.

  • YESIM may, in certain cases, when required by law//legal acts, or on its own discretion, for example, if having reasonable doubt about Your identity and legal capacity, ask You to provide YESIM with certain documentation and information, in order to validate Your Account and to identify You. The documents must be clear and legible.

  • You should not send to YESIM the originals of the documents, and YESIM shall not be liable for any and all direct, indirect, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential, actual, special, damages or any damages whatsoever or results arising from Your failure to comply with the provision of this Article. Still in special cases, when required by law//legal acts or governmental authorities, banks, financial institutions, and other authorized persons, YESIM may ask and You must provide YESIM with document originals or notarized, apostilled or publicly certified copies (excluding identification documents or documents, which contains publicly available information (for example, incorporation data).

  • You must provide YESIM with any other identification and verification documentation at any time and at any demand of YESIM.

  • YESIM may at any time and in its reasonable discretion, impose limitations on, suspend or terminate Your Account and use of the YESIM Services and Products without being liable to You for damages and results, in case of Your failure to comply with the aforesaid requirements.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of Your Account, Login, Password, and for any activities occurring from Your Account. YESIM reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel any Account if it deems inappropriate. You hereby agree that YESIM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential, actual, special, damages or any damages whatsoever arising from Your failure to comply with this Article.

  • You have to notify YESIM immediately of any unauthorized use of Your Account, Login or Password or any other violation of Your security.

  • You unconditionally agree that all activities (including, but not limited to activities that directly or indirectly affine to accepting these Terms, their changes, amendments and updates, making orders, and payments, that occur under Your Account will be deemed to have been performed wittingly, directly and by You. You are purely and solely responsible for activities that arise from Your Account, unless these activities are the result of Events of Force Majeure.

  • You may request the termination of their Account at any time by submitting a request to: info@Yesim.app or using the Contact Support form. Upon termination, YESIM shall disconnect this access to Services and//or YESIM Products for User.

  • In the event that the User does not use the YESIM Application for any continuous period of one hundred eighty (180) days, YESIM reserves the right to invalidate the Yesim User’s account and the Service without prior notice and without any refund, repayment or compensation.

Payments, Fees And Top-Up:

  • After registration of the Account Your eSIM will not be preloaded with Data. The Data should be purchased separately by selecting the YESIM Data Plan offered via YESIM Application. After You have purchased the Data, YESIM shall generate and send You via email the QR code which You shall use for activation of both: YESIM Application and Your eSIM profile.

  • You shall scan the QR code on Your device (e.g. smartphone) with an active Internet connection for downloading data for Your eSIM profile and activate the received eSIM profile in the settings of Your device. Information about Your eSim profile will be available in the Account. YESIM shall also send You that information to Your email associated with the Account (Clause 4 of these Terms).

  • The Data, and other Services and QR codes are available only after YESIM has received the payment for the selected YESIM Data Plan in full. The default transaction currency shall be Euro or other currency directly specified in the YESIM Application.

  • After payment Your eSIM will be loaded with Data specified in the YESIM Data Plan You have selected and purchased and it will be active in the countries or zones specified in the YESIM Application in connection with the selected YESIM Data plan. You can control and disable certain countries from usage.

  • All the payments in connection with YESIM Services and Products shall be made in advance with Top-up.

  • You may accept Automatic Recurring Billing (automatic fixed payments) by selecting the respective option in Your Account. YESIM offers its Users the opportunity to set up a Continuous Payment Authority, whereby Users can safely and securely provide their credit card details and YESIM will take the payment following the parameters laid out by the User.

  • YESIM can take fixed payments at any time, according to two parameters:

-The Data used (when amount of available Data is less than 30% of total amount)

-The Data period expiration date (1 day before the expiring date of the selected YESIM Data plan) YESIM will take fixed payment, as repeat your purchase. Payments can run indefinitely or over a fixed period. An agreement can be cancelled by User at any time.

  • You may cancel Automatic Recurring Billing at any time.

  • Online Purchase or Top-Up: by making Your first online purchase or Top-Up transaction, You give Your consent and authorize YESIM to automatically debit the credit card (or other authorized payment method) used for the first purchase or Top-Up for any future purchases or Top-Up of the same SIM.

  • The fee for generation of the QR codes shall be charged//debited from Your credit card or other payment method, You have provided in the Account. This fee is not refundable.

Refund:

  • You may request the refund of the balance of Your payments for Yesim services (Data) within 30 (thirty) days after purchase. Requests made after the aforesaid deadline shall not be proceeded, excluding justified requests, based on the confirmed technical malfunctions of YESIM Application, which were duly and in timely manner (within 1 hour) notified to YESIM (via info@Yesim.app or Support Contact form in Application).

  • The costs of Data and other YESIM Services actually used shall not be refunded.

  • Any refund request shall be addressed to YESIM only and sent to info@Yesim.app or Support Contact form in Application. The requests sent to YESIM payment service provider shall not be proceeded.

  • Any refund request shall be reviewed within 15 (fifteen) business days upon receipt. Confirmed refund requests shall be executed to the payment method

If the requested refundable amount is equal or less than 10 EUR, the refund will be made in YCOINS (Clause 7 Of these Terms).

Ycoins:

  • YESIM offers to their Users the point - based loyalty program “YCOINS”, which provides the availability to earn and/or buy YCOINS and to use them for purchasing Data Plans for Yesim Application as well as other Services and Products, provided by YESIM;

  • You may use YCOINS via YESIM Application only and for purchasing YESIM products and services only.

  • YCOINS may be earned both (1) by buying them via YESIM application with the respective provided payment method (Clause 5 of these Terms) and (2) by receiving them as a bonus for participating in some marketing, promotional campaigns and other programs as provided via YESIM application.

  • YCOINS are not refundable and User cannot exchange the YCOINS to money and//or other funds. Regardless the aforesaid, You may request the refund of YCOINS, in case of technical malfunctions of YESIM Application, which were duly and in timely manner (within 1 hour) notified to YESIM (via info@Yesim.app or Support Contact form in Application).

Please Note: The expiry date for each YCOIN is 1 (one) year from the moment of its receipt, regardless of the method of receipt (in a form of purchase or in a form of a bonus). You may check the expiry date and validity of their YCOINS in Your Account (section “Balance”). YCOINS not used within the aforesaid term will be lost and cannot be recovered.

User’s Warranties And General Obligations:

In addition to the obligations and warranties of You//User, set forth in other Clauses of these Terms, by accepting these Terms:

  • You authorize YESIM and their payment service provider to collect, operate, check, store and process Your credit card and other Payment method data and information. Please note, that this information will be stored on the payment service provider’s servers, who’s security measures comply with all necessary regulations relevant to operating, storing and processing such information. As User, You confirm, acknowledge, represent, agree and warrant that you have and will have full power and authority:

-To Provide YESIM and their payment service provider with Your payment information, credit card and/or other Payment method data and information;

-To authorize YESIM and their payment service provider to collect, operate, check, store and process Your credit card and other Payment method data and information;

  • You shall use the YESIM Products and Services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws//legal acts (including but not limited to policies and laws related to personal data, intellectual property right and other civil right protection, policies and laws regulating civil and commercial deeds, policies and laws related to data spamming, privacy, obscenity, or defamation);

  • You shall NOT use the YESIM Application, Products and Services in other means and ways and for other purposes than provided by such Products and//or defined in these Terms;

  • You shall NOT copy the code, not adapt, not reverse engineer, not decompile or not attempt to modify or copy the source code of the YESIM Application and YESIM other Products and Services. Any such attempt will be considered a violation of intellectual property right and might result in prosecution;

  • You shall NOT be subjected to any sanctions or other legal restrictions in using YESIM, Products enacted by any country, international organization or jurisdiction, commit or encourage a criminal, administrative offence or other unlawful activities or wrongdoings, including, but not limited with causing annoyance to or defraud YESIM and any other person, engage, participate in or perform such actions as: spamming, distributing of unsolicited email, unsolicited advertisement and promotional information, transmitting or distributing a virus or other technologically harmful, destructive, malicious, spying, offensive or obscene material, programs and//or codes, harmful agent or mechanism, that is designed to disrupt functionality, harm, disable or collect information, or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, or in any way offensive or obscene; attempting to affect the performance or functionality of any YESIM Application and other Products and Services as well as products and services of Participating Member Operators.

Liability And Termination:

  • In any case, when You violate these Terms and//or law//legal acts and other legal regulations, or if YESIM has reasonable grounds to believe, that You are in violation of any term, obligation, and//or warranty, set forth in these Terms and//or applicable law//legal acts, YESIM has the right in its own discretion to apply such penalties, preventive and punitive actions and disciplinary sanctions, as YESIM deems appropriate:

-Suspend or terminate Your Account and terminate the Agreement;

-Restrict, suspend or terminate the access and use of any YESIM Service or Product;

-Impose other restrictions on Your use of any features or functions of YESIM Application and YESIM and other Products.

  • YESIM shall clear the User’s balance, if User activity seems malicious swiping and exists the risk receiving fraudulent payment of accounts.

  • YESIM shall terminate the agreement and close//suspend the Account of the User and disconnect the User's access to Services and//or YESIM Products, if:

-The User abuses YESIM Products by improper usage, including for illegal or unethical purposes;

-Any of the information provided by the User upon purchasing the YESIM Products is found to be false or unauthorized;

-The User breaches any of the User's obligations under these Terms, including Privacy Policy.

  • If the User fails to pay YESIM any fee or other payment according to these Terms, or User initiates an improper chargeback or cancels the payment on their credit or debit card YESIM may suspend or close access to Account and terminate the Agreement. YESIM, at its discretion, will report such cases to responsible credit reporting institutions and agencies, law enforcement authorities and relevant institutional bodies for investigation or prosecution of Users with outstanding amounts.

  • YESIM reserves the right to cooperate fully with governmental authorities and other authorized persons in the investigation of any suspected criminal, administrative or civil wrongdoing. Further, as it is set forth in other Clauses of these Terms, in case of any violation of law //legal acts and other legal regulations, YESIM may and will disclose Your identity and contact information, requested by a state, governmental institutions, law enforcement body, court or other authorized institution or organization. YESIM shall not be liable for Your direct, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential, actual, special, damages or any damages whatsoever or results arising from such information disclosure, and User agrees not to bring any action or claim against YESIM for such disclosure.

  • YESIM should terminate Account, Services and Agreement in case if required by state, governmental institutions, law enforcement body, court or other authorized institution or organization.

  • YESIM is not liable for Your direct, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential, actual, special, damages or any damages whatsoever, and other results of the penalties, preventive and punitive actions, and disciplinary sanctions, applied to You by YESIM in connection with Your violation.

No Warranties:

  • All products and/or services provided by YESIM are provided 'as is' and 'with all faults,' and YESIM expressly disclaims all other warranties of any kind or nature, whether express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, any warranties of operability, condition, title, non-infringement, non-interference, quiet enjoyment, value, accuracy of data, or quality, as well as any warranties of merchantability, system integration, workmanship, suitability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the absence of any defects therein, whether latent or patent.

  • The products and services provided by Yesim are not fault-tolerant and are not designed, manufactured or intended for use as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, examples such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or aircraft communication systems, mass transit, direct life support machines, or weapon's systems, in which the failure of the products or services could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ('high risk activities'). Accordingly, Yesim disclaims any express or implied warranty of fitness for high risk activities. User agrees that Yesim shall not be liable for any claims or damages arising from or related to the use of Yesim products or services in high risk activities or similar applications.

Limitations of liability:

In no event shall Yesim be liable under any legal theory: to user for any incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary or indirect damages, or for any lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of the same, however caused and regardless of theory of liability, whether tort, contract, or strict liability, to user or any third party for damages relating to personal injury caused by installation or use of any Yesim product or service, or for any damages the user may suffer from or in connection with the use or inability to use the Yesim sim or Yesim app, including the inability to make emergency service calls.

  • Yesim's total aggregate liability for any other damages asserted by user shall be limited to user's actual damages caused by any Yesim product or service purchased, licensed, or used under this agreement, and shall in no event exceed the amounts paid to Yesim by user for the three months preceding for non-top-up service or the last top-up service from the date of claim by user, under the applicable schedule for the specific product or service that are the subject of user's claim against Yesim.

  • To the extent that any products, services, or facilities provided hereunder, or in relation to this agreement, are provided by third parties pursuant to an arrangement with Yesim, the disclaimers and limitations of Yesim's liability set forth herein, shall extend fully to such third parties. The disclaimers and exclusions contained herein are independent of any exclusive remedy and shall apply notwithstanding the failure of such exclusive remedy.

  • The above limitation includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from loss or theft of data, transmission delays or failures, service interruptions, unauthorized access or damage to records, software programs or other information or property; loss of profits; cost of cover; or any other special, incidental, consequential, direct, indirect or punitive damages, however caused. This limitation will apply even if Yesim has been advised of, or is aware of, the possibilities of such damages. Yesim does not and cannot control the quality of the participating member operator's networks in which service(s) may be used or interconnect with. Therefore, Yesim disclaims any and all liability that may arise from the performance, including failure, of the participating member operator's networks. Where a state does not allow the disclaimer or limitation of damages relating to personal injury, the above disclaimers and limitations of liability shall not be construed in that state as disclaiming or limiting damages to personal injury.

YESIM does not and cannot control the quality of the Participating member operator's networks in which service(s) may be used or interconnected with. Therefore, YESIM disclaims any and all liability that may arise from the performance, including failure, of the participating member operator's

YESIM does not and cannot control and warrant, and therefore disclaims any and all liability for the quality and availability of any extra features and functions as hotspot, LTE and etc. of the participating member operator's.

  • YESIM disclaims any and all liability for “unsuccessful payments” charged from your credit card //and or other payment method, if “unsuccessful payment” reasons are:

Expired card or incorrect card number;

-The Card declined based on location;

-There aren’t sufficient funds on card;

-The card is over its limit;

-The card is blocked by the bank’s fraud system;

-Other errors on the side of the user or user`s bank.

Where a state does not allow the disclaimer or limitation of damages relating to personal injury, the above disclaimers and limitations of liability shall not be construed in that state as disclaiming or limiting damages to personal injury.

 

Changes In Regulation:

  • 1)User and YESIM understand and agree that regulators of the Participating Member Operator's networks, or other bodies of competent legal jurisdiction, may impose regulations on telecommunication services. If new regulations are imposed upon YESIM, then the User hereby acknowledges that YESIM is authorized to make changes to these Terms that reflect the new regulations and will post such changes via YESIM Application.

  • If any competent authority holds any term, condition or provision (or part of term, condition or provision) of these Terms, their changes, updates and amendments to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, or any term, condition or provision (or part of term, condition or provision) of these Terms, their changes, updates and amendments becomes illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable due to the changes or amendments in applicable law, the remaining provisions (or portion of term, condition or provision) of these Terms shall not be affected thereby and shall be found to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • Upon opening an account with YESIM, such person becomes the User who has expressly consented to allow YESIM to collect, process, use, and retain the User's personal information according to these Terms and those within YESIM's Privacy Policy.

  • If you do not want to agree to our Terms and//or Privacy Policy, please do not use YESIM Application, YESIM Services, Products or any of YESIM's offerings via YESIM Application. YESIM uses the consent that you, the User, had expressly provided us upon the opening of your YESIM account and//or when you use YESIM Products. YESIM does not share your personal information except with affiliated third-parties who work with YESIM to provide your purchased Services – please refer to our Privacy Policy for details regarding sharing information with third-parties.

Force Majeure:

YESIM shall be excused from performance of its obligations under these Terms or Agreement if such a failure to perform results from:

-Compliance with any requirement of applicable law, regulation, or judicial order;

-Any act of God, fire, explosion, flood, strike, embargo, terrorist attack, war, insurrection, or riot;

-Shortage of, or inability to obtain, appropriate labor, fuel, power, or raw materials;

-Any failure or malfunction of User's equipment, or of any equipment or services used by or otherwise provided to User by a third-party provider;

-Or without limiting the foregoing, any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the excused Party, whether of the class of causes herein before enumerated or not (each of individually being a 'Force Majeure Event').

Any delay resulting from a Force Majeure Event shall extend performance accordingly or excuse performance, in whole or in part, as may be reasonable under the circumstances.

Fair Use Policy:

  • The use of the purchased Service by the User is expected to be a fair data usage. Excessive volume or duration of data use, determined at YESIM's sole discretion, acting reasonably, will constitute abuse of data usage privileges by the User. YESIM reserves the right to monitor data usage and to withdraw the Services supplied to the User at any time in case of overuse or abuse of the Service by the User. YESIM will not be liable for reimbursement, compensation, or any subsequent loss of any YESIM Product or Service(s) that is suspended, withdrawn, or terminated under this Fair Use Policy.

  • Data plans offered to You via Yesim Application may have specific Fair Usage Policies. The respective information and Fair Usage terms are available under the Data plan offer in Yesim Application. You shall read the respective information and Fair Usage terms prior to purchase. By purchasing and paying for a selected Data plan shall clearly mean Your acceptance of corresponding information and Fair Usage terms.

Intellectual Property Rights And Ownership:

  • Nothing in these Terms or Agreement or in the Parties' course of dealing or performance hereunder shall transfer, assign, or grant to, or be claimed to transfer, assign, or grant any right, title, or interest in, or expressly or impliedly licence, including by estoppel, statutory operation, or otherwise, other than as expressly granted, any Intellectual Property Rights of YESIM, its Affiliates, or any third party. YESIM and its Affiliates and licensors reserve all rights thereto, except the limited rights expressly granted to User hereunder.

  • All intellectual property rights in YESIM Application, Products and Services belong to YESIM. The purchase or use of such YESIM Products and Services by the User does not imply any transfer of intellectual property rights from YESIM to the User. The User shall not engage in any act or omission that would impair the Intellectual Property Rights of YESIM or its Affiliates or licensors in any YESIM product or service. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, or in relation to the service, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration of the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution in force on the date on which the Notice of Arbitration is submitted in accordance with these Rules (https://www.swissarbitration.org/centre/arbitration/arbitration-rules/).

  • Esim Information

All Esim information provided on the TravelX VIP website or mobile application is subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we cannot guarantee that the information is error-free or complete.   • Purchase and Payment

To purchase an Esim from TravelX VIP, you must provide valid payment information. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the payment information you provide is accurate and complete. Payment for the Esim will be processed immediately upon completion of the purchase process.

  • Delivery

After completing the purchase process, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download and activate the Esim. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by factors outside our control, such as network disruptions or technical issues.

  • Limitations of Use

The Esim is intended for your personal use only and may not be resold or used for any commercial purpose. You are solely responsible for any use of the Esim, including any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Esim if we suspect any unauthorized use.

5.In Destination

5.1.Terms & Conditions

  • This service includes delayed or lost baggage protection insurance and the tracking of delayed baggage.

  • Every flight, every airline globally has been covered under this service.

  • This service must be availed prior to all flights within an inbound or outbound itinerary. It cannot be purchased “mid-connection”.

  • This service can be availed in addition to any insurance passenger may have and not instead of.

  • Each service availed is per person, a single PNR is considered as 1 trip

  • PAX needs to provide the details such as PNR number, flight details, name as per passport and contact details (email and mobile #).

  • One Service Agreement includes all bags checked at airport, including last minute gate check-ins.

  • PAX is required to report about the missing baggage immediately to the airline if it is not received at flight’s end-point. (File a claim with airline)

  • PAX is then required to report it to the Service Provider within 24 hours of flight landing (including airline file reference number).

  • Mishandled bags must be reported to the Service Provider within 24 hours of flight arrival.

  • This service will track and expedite the return of delayed baggage for the first 96 hours from when the destination flight lands.

  • PAX will receive automatic email/SMS/Whatsapp updates/notifications every time there is a change to the status of their mishandled bag.

  • If misplaced luggage is not located within 96 hours (4 days) post flight landing, a Satisfaction Guarantee payment will be directly made to the passenger.

  • This Satisfaction Guarantee payment will be maximum INR 19,000 against each booking (domestic or international) and cannot exceed beyond that under any circumstances.

  • No proof of receipts or baggage content are required to receive this Satisfaction Guarantee Payment.

  • This protection covers only the delayed or lost baggage. It does not cover damaged baggage or any other issues related to the baggage or travel.

  • All bags will be considered returned to the passenger, and this service agreement will be considered fulfilled, per the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement, when as per the airline’s lost baggage system, the bag arrives at the airport on record with the passenger’s lost baggage claim with the airline. 18) Vivo should ensure to get and record consent from each end user/passenger to receive the updates/notifications for the baggage protection/insurance service.

 

 

5.2.Disclaimer

Passenger understands that Baggage protection is an internet-based service. All correspondence having to do with any Mishandled Baggage Reports or anything regarding the Baggage protection Service is done with the Provider via email only. Passengers and customers will still be obligated to comply with the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement, even without sufficient internet or email access.

Information contained in the App (including text, graphics, links or other material) are provided on an “as is,” and “where available” basis.

 

TravelX VIP makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, to you or another person or entity as to the accuracy, results, timeliness, completeness, merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose with respect to the Site or any related materials, products, services, or information. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we, and/or our providers or distributors, be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing on the Site, or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, audio, or other information from the Site. In no event shall we, and/or our providers or distributors, be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, that arise out of or are in any way connected with the use, or the inability to use, the Site or the services or materials on the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
